Description:	sorry for any typo's! "Amanda, stop being so stubborn. We're all going out and we're gonna have a fun time, just like we used to." Steph said to after we unpacked all our things in our hotel suite. Steph and I were sharing a room, my parents were sharing a room, and her parents and little sister Becca were sharing a room. "I'm not being stubborn. Just hang out with them without me." I fought back. I can't believe she actually wanted the five of us to hang out in a half hour. "You're coming, or I'll never talk to you again." she said. If you knew Steph, you'd know that she keeps her word and she's extremely good at holding grudges. I stormed into the bathroom and slammed the door to get ready. I changed into jeans and a sweatshirt, nothing special. I looked at my reflection in the mirror and thought about my situation, and then I turned on the water faucet. I splashed my face with the cold water and told myself to stay calm. I glanced over on the floor of the bathroom and saw Joe's jacket that he gave me laying on the floor. It must've gotten thrown there while Steph and I were unpacking. I turned off the faucet and walked over to the jacket. I slowly crouched onto the floor and then sat on my knees. I gently picked up the jacket and closed my eyes. Before I knew it I started crying tears of sadness, regret, and even happiness when I thought back to the day I got it from Joe. "Woah, you alright?" Steph asked when I exited the bathroom. "Fine, you ready to go?" I answered softly, still thinking. She nodded and we headed out the door. Steph and I were on the third floor up, and the Jonas family were on the second. We were meeting Nick, Joe, and Kevin in the lobby at 2, and it was now 1:55. We sprinted to the elevator before the doors closed and we silently began riding down. When the light blinked indicating we reached the second floor, the elevator stopped moving and the doors opened to reveal Nick, Joe and Kevin. They all smiled and stepped into the small space, filling it with over used greetings. The doors of the elevator shut again and everyone joined a different conversation. "Are you okay?" Joe asked me sincerely ;I guess my eyes were still a little puffy from crying. He stood next to me with his hands in his pockets and looking directly at me. I tried not to let it phase me. "Just fine.." I answered in a whisper, not even bothering to look at him. He must have sensed the coldness in my attitude, because he faced forward and was totally silent. At least for a little while. "I've missed you." he said, facing me dead on once again. The others in the elevator talked to each other, not hearing our conversation. I looked at my feet and crossed my arms across my chest. "I've missed you, too." I said, my voice shaking slightly with emotion. There was no use in lieing to him because as much as I hated to admit it, I did miss him .. more than you could ever imagine. The elevator doors opened and I breathed a sigh of relief after I got outside to the lobby. "So, where are we going?" Nick asked. "I was thinking we--" Joe started, but was cut off by a blonde haired girl. "Joe!" yelled the girl with a smile. I figured it was probably a fan, but when I looked closer I realized it was the girl I had seen in pictures with him when I skimmed the magazines. "Kaycee, what are you doing here?" he asked while we all stopped walking. "I figured I'd suprise you!" she said and then pulled him into a hug. I looked at Nick and Kevin who had disgusted looks on their faces. I turned back to Joe and Kaycee as he was pulling out of the hug. He kept his arm around her and looked directly at me, then he looked to Steph and his brothers. When he spoke, he spoke with somewhat of an apologetic tone. "Amanda, Stephanie.." he started, adressing Steph and I. "This is my girlfriend, Kaycee." "Girlfriend?" I asked. I held myself together, because there was no way I was going to let myself fall apart in front of everyone. Kaycee wrapped her arms around Joe and looked up at him with a wide smile. "Yes, for two wonderful months." she said, answering my question. I looked at Steph and she shrugged her shoulders. "Excuse me." I said softly. I brushed past Joe and made my outside the hotel. I didn't know where I was going, but I didn't care. After a couple minutes of walking I came across a bench on the sidewalk and I sat down. I pulled my kness to my chest to stay warm, and at that moment the thing I wanted most was Joe's jacket. Cars drove past me and moved onward with their own lives as I stayed where I was in silence. I felt a hand on my shoulder and when I glanced up I saw Kevin. I leaned my head back on my arm and looked ahead, not saying a word to him. "He doesn't love her, Amanda." he said. I didn't know if he was just trying to comfort me, or if he was really telling the truth. "He loves you."
