I haven't heard this song in such a long time...I have always loved this song..I graduated high school in 1973 ..I think the music in the late 60's 70's and 80's were the greatest time for good music, singers, lyrics, etc. They just don't make them like this anymore...more's the pity!! This was my girlfriends and I favorite song back when it came out. It tugs at my heart even now in a powerful way as it takes me back to that perfect love. Now the lyrics sound so painfully prophetic. What a sweet song, beautiful girl and wonderful time! She is in my heart forever partly because of this tune!
