What do you mean lack of economy? Philippines has vibrant agriculture, manufacturing and service sectors and they still continue to grow especially the service sector. However we should create a bigger manufacturing and industrial base. Phil governmenr has limited financial resources today so it has to prioritize its goals. However things are looking good now and the economy is looking forward to a brighter future.

The H2O hotel at Ocean park is awesome.. I stayed there 3 or 4 nights.. Get a room over looking the bay.. party at White Moon Bar.. they have rooms with wall aquariums too.
