Filipinos are very unique in naming their dances: differentiating in folk ethnic and muslim. this is dubbed as a: MUSLIM FAN DANCE is the fact that the ethnic group they depict might be Islamic the main reason why this is so emphasized as to pertaining to Islam-Muslim. Do only Muslims have fan dances in Philippines and why is there no counter part: Christian dance...is Tinikling a Christian Bamboo dance? Why mention Muslim in particular here?
