I've been to both los pinos and el rancho original and el rancho absolutely blows los pinos out of the water. No comparison. Best pernil i'll ever had and trust me everytime I go to Puerto Rico this gringo has to have his fill of lechon.

last week i ate at lechonera los pinos for lunch.the lady who took the order was a bitch and the owner had to come out to hack the pork and serve my order.the food and the price were great.the staff weren't that friendly.next time am going to el rancho original.

you keep going to el rancho all u want, los pinos is the best lechonera in guavate.guavate is my favarite place to eat lechon asao and drink medallas.next time i go to guavate i'll visit them both.
