Serves 4
1 chicken breast thinly sliced (you can use dark meat as well), marinated with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, little black pepper, ½ Bell pepper
2 Cups of steamed white rice
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoons Green Onion
½ Onion
1 Can of Cream Style Corn 373ML
2 teaspoons of oil (olive, vegetable or canola)
1. Heat large pan and add oil
2. Add garlic and add the ½ yellow onion and cook for about 2 minutes
3. Add the chicken breast to the mixture and cook thoroughly
4. Add bell pepper and green onions and cook for another minute
5. Add Cream style corn and mix together and simmer for about 1-2 minutes
6. Add onto top of steamed rice on a plate
