weird recipe...i'm german and i dont know what he's doing with all the parsley, dill, meat... gosh just the onions, apples and the cabbage plus the sugar, salt and MAYBE some clove, cook it, then the sausages and all together with mashed potatoes --> yum yum

In fact, any German would kill him for this combination of food. actually its not the way it tastes the best, not the traditional way and not the way any German would accept it. This combination is interesting but definitly not usual and not okay for everydays lunch. But to tell the truth, wie Germans are inflexible in Matters of Traditional Food. We dont like experiments like these =) That doesnt meant, we dont like unusual food. In germany you can eat chinese,greek, turkey and more.
