Damn straight! I can drink from the creek behind the house and catch wild brook trout from it for dinner, too. Plus I can cross the creek and kill pigs, deer, turkeys, rabbits and squirrels for dinner if I want to. Not to mention the fruit, berry and nut gathering along with wild greens.

A-lot safer then other nations, who have to boil their water before drinking it to avoid serious parasites because the water is so filthy due to poor water treatment plants. Hell, some countries don't even have water treatment plants. America has its flaws like many other nations and even though as an American I despise our fast food, we also have access to A-LOT of MUCH cleaner food alternatives that other nations would absolutely love to have. We have it good here.
