Both is correct. LEARN is the present tense, and the conjugated form of the verb "to learn". It can be converted to the past tense in the following ways: I LEARNED lots of things along the way. The main verb is "learned". LEARNT is the "past participle" in the following sentences. (Past participles are used in conjunction with other verbs). I have learnt not to be prejudiced towards Americans or people of other nationalities. (creziauk!) I had learnt my lesson on peer pressure, the hard way.

Learnt? Nice spelling.

why not?..

cow tongue is great

nasty as hell ya'll !

Oh well i'm not a weirdo but i can tell you that a cooked head of a young cow tastes very good actually... now imagine how it tastes when its grilled nom nom :D

I have tried lamb head and it was really tasty even better than cow head, but I would love to try.

Looks good and is it really that tender? If so, amazing!

ugh im hungry

I forgot to mention, we would roast the tounge alone. Cut it into small cubes, add cilantro, onions and make tacos out of them with salsa or guac on the side. Once again, i wont go there now lol. Good old times though.

Yea i remenber my Mexican dad use to roast heads in the oven. My dad would roll two tacos with the eyes in them. Best part. So fatty, soft and tasty. I won't eat it now though. Im too aware of things lol.

thats nice

The people of the world believe they are highly educated but they have not learnt how to respect other people preference and belief. So sad.

Andrew Zimmern eats anything, even though it's super yucky!!! I admire him for that!! you're the Man andrew!!

that is a mexican dish cabrones!!

spanish de merde

@vghardcore Try it boiled then cured, if the result is not tender enough (it should) just slice it very thin. Sorry for my poor english , I'm spanish.

I eat cow or pig tonge everyweek, that's not bizarre at all

just shut up and eat goddamn it!

barbacoa is awesome i ate it at like n10 taco stands in Houston and LA

@criticthing: It is! And oh' so tender. The thing (understandably) with people is getting past what it actually is, the head of the cow. But if one gets past that, the flavor of the beef (especially on the cheeks) is like the best flavorful roast beef you've ever had! You should try it. ;-)

0:30 it kinda of stupid cowboy taco from under his texasshole.

Actually its a famous dish for Latinos, Barbacoa, tortilla and a guacamole salsa!! Mmm yummy!!
