@torontokads but as far as I'm concerned, hindi na rin kasi ginagamit ng Bayanihan nag Jota Manileña sa kanilang repertoire dahil masyado na itong gamit ng ibang company... you could try masterskribble's videos, baka meron siya

ahm anak wala sa haba ng buntot ng saya ang ganda ng sayaw.... ito ay mga maliliit lang na bahagi ng sayaw..kung sasaliksikin mu ng mabuti ang mga unang versions ng paseo costumes ng Bayanihan, ito ay mga mahahaba at full of ruffles na syang nakikita mu ngayun sa ibang grupo,, siguro gusto lang nila na maiba this tym.. jhordan po to ROFG dancer

alam nyo.. ung mga naninira sa bayanihan.. INGGIT lang ang nararamdaman nyo. kahit anong gawin nyo, hindi nyo kaya ang bayanihan.. puro kayo negative about bayanihan pero halos lahat naman ng dance group eh ginagaya ang bayanihan.. ginagaya pati uniform.. style ng mga dances.. pero hindi nyo naman kayang dalhin! puro kayo kopya!!! sa bayanihan kumokopya pero galit kayo...!!!!!!

ako kahit anong klaseng version ang gagamitin wag lang mawala sa basic... at syempre kailangan authentic pa rin pero theatrical ang dating

Mr. Ramon Obusan was the founder of the Ramon Obusan Folkloric Group, a resident company in CCP... He is also a National Artist for Dance (2006)... Based on my kowledge about National Artists, he was then a former member of the Bayanihan Natinal Folk Dance Company... (I am not sure about that info)

Gusto ko ung term mo "FOLK BALLET" describing the nature of Bayanihan's dances. Their dances are like "folk dance -inspired pieces" and certainly not the folk dance styles as supposed to be performed by the FOLKS. The theatrics are heavy here. Nevertheless, they really did do the dances SO GREATLY. It has long been proven. One similar group is the "Ballet Folklorico de Mejico". They don't claim however, to be a 'folk dance' company. Hmmm nuances.
